You read the other reviews, mine is not different. They sold me a one off product, then updated terms and conditions half a year after without notifying us. Creative way to steal money. I was not going to renew this year as many others. They even changed domain to erase bad reviews. Happy to see they still have a 1.something star. Horrible horrible horrible company. No doubt this kind of operation will be illegal in a few years.

Deceiving - I decided to enroll my husband due to a promotion I received via email with a voucher that did never work. I was supposed to be charged 1£ for the first month and that never happened.

First time buyer with this online company.
Good pictures of product.
Great price! compared to others.
Quick straight-forward check out online.
Great updates through email/text regarding confirmation of order, dispatch time, and tracking details with DPD.
Further great updates by DPD letting me know 1hour delivery window in good advance, and which they kept. Friendly driver/delivery person and excellent quality product!

Was refunded and not given a reason for the refund. I sent many emails that went unanswered.

Today I got a reply and an explanation. Never recieved anything off them as 2 weeks after purchase it was refunded.

I did get an apology so that was nice. I MIGHT attempt to order from them again in the future.

Purchased a pair of Vans snowboard boots, over £200 every where, bought them for less than £70 from these guys, brand new.

Despite being dubious, the boots arrived and are perfect. Sent via courier they arrived within 2 days.

Ordered a discounted adidas top of the range waterproof jacket. This was advertised on their website with clear images. However, when it arrived it was a similar looking jacket but from a much cheaper range. I returned the jacket straight away and was refunded. However, I was not refunded the £3.90 it cost me to send it back! Also, I emailed them to explain the 'mistake' and the fact I was given no apology. 1 month later, the jacket is still shown for sale incorrectly on their website and I never did get that apology.
